There is a second shower room downstairs.<\/p>\n<p>There is an open plan lounge with two sofas, smart television, dining area and a large fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher.<\/p>\n<p>The property is equipped with electric \u2018on demand\u2019 type heating.<\/p>\n<p>Outside there is a private patio with picnic table, garden chairs and extensive landscaped gardens with stunning views towards Lands End and the Scilly Isles.<\/p>\n<p>Guests also benefit from a shared laundry room, car parking and Wi-Fi access.
