The property has roomy accommodation for up to 4 people. Downstairs is open plan with a lounge area, dining area and large kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped with a double oven, hob, under counter fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts fantastic views from each side of the room, the front window has views over Whitesands Bay to Cape Cornwall, to the back there is a large double Velux widow with an opening “Cabrio” balcony, from which you can see across grazing fields to Lands End and Wolf Rock Lighthouse. The bedroom has a king sized bed, wardrobe and a draw storage unit. There is an ensuite shower room with double shower, wc and basin.

The second bedroom is also upstairs and also has fantastic views with two single beds, bed side table and a draw storage unit. There is also another bathroom at the top of the stairs that has a single shower, wc and basin.

Heating is supplied by electric radiators to the lounge and each bedroom and a wood burning stove.

Outside the property there is a small garden and a summer house with two sofas, perfect for a relaxing summer evening after a day exploring or as a hideaway with a book or sketch book.

Bed linen and towels are provided as is car parking and wifi access.
